Wallop: A Slingshot Adventure: Privacy Policy

Wallop is made by Headstock 3 Games. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play Wallop on Apple Vision Pro, iPhone or iPad.
The short version
Wallop does not collect any personal data. There are no Wallop accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking. We never see, store or sell information about you.
On your device
- Hands and movement (Apple Vision Pro). Wallop uses the position of your hands and head so you can hold, pull and aim the slingshot. This is processed on your device while you play and is never stored by Wallop or sent anywhere.
- Your room (Apple Vision Pro, Spatial Finale only). With your permission, Wallop looks at the floor and furniture around you so the Spatial Finale's garden wall stands in a clear space in front of you. Nothing about your room is stored or leaves your device.
- Settings and progress. Your settings, scores, unlocked levels and slingshots are saved on your device.
Apple services
Some features are provided by Apple, not by us. Apple's Privacy Policy (apple.com/privacy) applies to them:
- iCloud. If you are signed in to iCloud, your game progress is kept in step across your devices using your own iCloud account. We cannot see it.
- Game Center. If you use Game Center, your achievements and leaderboard scores are handled by Apple and shown with your Game Center name.
- Purchases and downloads. Buying the Full Adventure, restoring purchases and downloading levels are handled by the App Store. We never receive your payment details.
Children
Wallop does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
